Often clients make dramatic positive changes in the first few sessions.  Most clients work for 3 to 6 months and some for a year or more depending on the changes they want to make.

I meet face to face with my clients in Orange County, Ca. and through Skype or phone for those in other pats of the country.  Most clients find they are able to make the changes they desire most effectively by meeting weekly.
